How to Clean
After cooking, scrape away food residue and add warm water while the plate is still warm. Wipe clean with a non-metal scrubber, dry thoroughly and lightly oil the plate to maintain the seasoning. Do not use detergents or soaps.

Weight & Stability
For safety and stability, loads over 8kg on top of the stove should only be used with the legs set to their lowest position.
