Returns & Refunds 

At iKSPLOR, we pride ourselves on delivering quality products built for adventure. Please read the following information carefully before making your purchase.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or circumstances where the product has been used, assembled, seasoned, or exposed to heat. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if you believe your item is faulty or damaged upon receiving your purchase please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

To assist us in assessing your claim, we may request:

  • Proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or video of the product

Items returned due to a fault do not need to be unused.

Return Shipping

Where a return is approved:

  • iKSPLOR will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all other approved returns (where applicable)
